Vodafone Red Inteligente Avanzada – The Outcall Marketing & Telcom Platform

Vodafone Spain required a complete redesign of its “Red Inteligente Avanzada” platform, a cloud-based communication solution for businesses. The objective was to realign the platform with Vodafone’s updated brand guidelines, improve usability and accessibility, and create a seamless experience for three key user roles: Admins, Supervisors, and Agents. The platform also needed new features, including intelligent call routing, real-time monitoring, and enhanced communication tools.
The redesigned platform delivered a visually cohesive and highly functional user experience aligned with Vodafone’s brand. Enhanced usability and accessibility allowed Admins, Supervisors, and Agents to perform tasks more effectively. The new interface improved call management, real-time monitoring, and user workflows, resulting in smoother operations and increased platform adoption. Supporting digital marketing materials elevated the platform’s market presence.
