Creative Partner · creative direction and design
A creative director who also does the work.
Creative direction and design on one monthly plan. I decide with you what your brand says and how it looks, then I make it. Async, in writing.
Like having a creative lead in-house, without the hire, the salary or anyone to manage.
Every month.
Creative direction and creative execution, both, on one plan.
- A creative plan every month, built from a short check-in on your calendar: launches, events, sales pushes and goals. What to make, in what order and why. Nothing coming up? I propose the pieces and the direction myself
- Campaign concepts and key visuals, agreed before anything is produced
- Copy and messaging: what your brand says in each campaign, and the words on every piece, from headlines and ads to posts, emails and pages
- Design of anything that carries your brand: one active request at a time from your queue, with a delivery or update at least every 2 working days
- Review of everything that carries your brand, including work from your team, agencies or freelancers, with written feedback
- Your brand rules kept up to date as the brand grows
- A monthly report: delivered, in progress, blocked and the plan for next month
- An optional 30-minute monthly call on strategy and progress
- One shared project board for requests, order and approvals. No email threads
- Editable source files of everything I make, in a shared folder
Wherever your brand is today.
No idea where to start?
We start with a Brand Identity & Systems roadmap inside the plan: the identity, the templates and the Brand Engine over the first three months. Then direction and design every week.
Already there?
Ready to refresh, direct or execute. We start from your guidelines: I review them, refresh what needs it, and direction and design run on top, every week.
How a month works.
Four steps, the same every month, so you always know what happens next and who it’s waiting on.
-
Last week of the month · you
You tell me what's coming.
A five-minute form: launches, events, sales pushes, the goal that matters. Nothing coming up? Leave it short.
-
First week · both
Report and plan.
You get the report and a draft plan: what we make, in what order and why. You approve it in writing. Plus an optional 30-minute call. If you sent nothing, I plan from your brand, your channels and what worked.
-
Every week · both
One active request at a time.
The plan fills the queue, and you add, reorder or pause anytime. I work from the top, with a delivery or update at least every 2 working days.
-
When it lands · me
Everything on brand gets checked.
Work from your team, agencies or freelancers goes on the board too. It goes in the queue and I review it with written notes. Messages answered within 2 working days.
One active request at a time, in the order you set. Changes are included while you’re subscribed.
What you can ask for.
Anything that carries your brand. One active request at a time, in your order: a social post comes back in a couple of days, a full website takes longer, and you get a delivery or an update at least every 2 working days.

One plan · one client at a time
$6,400 /month
Billed monthly. No commitment beyond the month you are in.
A senior brand designer in the US costs around $112,000 a year in salary alone, and still needs someone to direct them. Creative Partner is $76,800 a year with the direction included and nobody to hire or manage.

Questions
Is this a design subscription?
It’s both: creative direction and creative execution. A design subscription makes what you ask for. Here we also decide together what to make and why, I make it, and I review everything that carries your brand, whoever makes it.
Are there calls?
Everything runs async and in writing: the plan, the requests and the reviews. There is also an optional 30-minute call each month on strategy and overall progress, booked in the slots I set. It’s recorded, and the decisions come back to you in writing. Requests and feedback on pieces normally go through the board.
Is there a limit on requests?
No count. Anything that carries your brand, one active request at a time, in the order you set. A large ask is split into smaller requests that run in order: a campaign of 30 posts goes in sets of three or four, a website page by page. A social post comes back in a couple of days, and anything longer gets an update at least every 2 working days.
How fast is each request?
I work on one active request at a time, from the top of your queue. Expect a delivery or an update at least every 2 working days, depending on its size. You set the order, and can reorder or pause requests anytime.
What about changes?
Included for as long as you’re subscribed. A request stays active while you give feedback, until you approve it. If something urgent comes up, pause it and the next one starts.
What if the queue is empty?
The monthly plan keeps it full. If it runs dry, I work on resources for your brand, like templates, that later requests can build on.
Do I need a brand first?
No. If you have guidelines, we start from them and I refresh what needs it. If you don’t, the first three months build the brand inside the plan.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, before your next billing date. No minimum. Everything delivered up to then is yours.
