A late booth isn’t a lost week. It’s you in Las Vegas with an empty wall.
So the clock starts with these four. No quote without your printer’s deadline, no start without the full kit.
- The show’s specs and your builder’s plans or dielines
- Your vector logo and brand assets
- A short brief: what you’re launching, who you want to stop, the one message and what visitors should do next
- Your printer’s deadline and file specs
Optional: photos you want used (otherwise I source them), and your printer’s contact if you want me to deal with them directly.
Questions
Do you design the booth structure?
No. I design the artwork that gets printed: graphics, panels, counters, screens and signage, to the sizes and limits in your exhibitor manual and your builder’s plans.
When should I contact you?
As soon as you have your booth size and your printer’s deadline. Timelines count back from the printer’s deadline, not from the show date.
Are source files included?
Yes, for booth work. Your builder and printer need them.
What if the printer asks for a last-minute change?
One round of urgent corrections within 2 working days of delivery is included. Builders always ask for something.
